WicklowHikes.ie is operated by Damien Kennedy, a qualified Mountain Leader with years of experience guiding individuals, families, groups and international visitors through the stunning landscapes of the Wicklow Mountains National Park. Specializing in private guided hikes, I create personalized outdoor experiences tailored to your group's fitness level, interests and pace. Whether you're looking for a gentle woodland walk, a scenic hilltop viewpoint or a challenging mountain summit, every hike is designed to be safe, enjoyable and memorable.Along the way, you'll discover more than just beautiful scenery. I enjoy sharing stories about Wicklow's fascinating history, mountain folklore, local wildlife and the extinct animals that once roamed Ireland, helping visitors connect with the landscape in a unique and meaningful way. From the valleys of Glendalough to the summit of Lugnaquilla and the iconic Great Sugarloaf, each route offers its own character, stories and spectacular views.

This experience allows me to bring a high level of professionalism, local knowledge and mountain expertise to every hike, helping visitors make the most of their time in the outdoors.
